SCOTT L. GHORMLEY, is
a member of the California Bar. He graduated from Stanford University (Bachelor of Arts with Distinction), the University
of California, Hastings College of Law (Juris Doctor) and studied international trade law at the Universite de Paris.
He worked internationally throughout Europe, the Middle East and North Africa for 8 years practicing international commercial,
business and oil law. He then returned to the United States and practiced as a homicide, career criminal prosecutor
for the State of California as a Deputy District Attorney IV. Mr. Ghormley then returned to the civil arena
where he has distinguished himself as an exceptional litigator since 1987.
Mr. Ghormley has successfully tried
over 90 jury trials to verdict. He frequently litigates statewide focusing his civil and appellate practice upon insurance
defense, automobile, motorcycle, commercial motor carrier litigation, premises liability, personal injury. general business
litigation, fraud/SIU, general negligence, product liability, and employment law. Mr. Ghormley’s memberships and affiliations include, the prestigeous American Board of Trial
Advocates (ABOTA), the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the Robert Banyard Inns of Court, the United
States Supreme Court and the United States District Courts (all districts in California).

P. VINING, admitted to the California Bar. California State University San Bernardino (Bachelor of
Arts Business Administration); UCLA School of Law (Juris Doctor).
Mr. Vining has successfully arbitrated
and mediated hundreds of cases. He litigates Statewide civil, Federal and appellate practice
with emphasis in insurance defense, automobile, motorcycle, commercial/motor carrier liability, premises liability, personal
injury. general business litigation, intentional torts, fraud/SIU, general negligence, product liability, and employment law. Mr. Vining is admitted to practice in the United
States District Court, Central and Southern Districts of California.

DOUGLAS L.
APPLEGATE, is a member of the California, Arizona, Texas, Virginia and Maryland State Bars.
He graduated from Arizona State University (Magna Cum Laude), and Arizona State University College of Law (Juris
Doctor) and attended the Naval Justice School as an Honors Graduate. Mr. Applegate has worked throughout the United States as a civil litigator handling business disputes,
real property matters, medical malpractice and injury defense. He additionally served as a Colonel in the United States Marine
Corps Reserves (retired), in the Judge Advocate General's Corps following law school serving many
years in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, and has vast experience handling civil, criminal, war crimes
and administrative trials in that environment. Mr.
Applegate's memberships and affiliations include, all the United States District Courts of California, United
States District Court for the District of Arizona, Ninth Circuit Court, Fourth U.S. Court of Appeals, Certified Judge Advocate
Under the U.C.M.J., the United States Court of Military Appeals, and he served as a Colonel in the United States Marine
Corps (retired) from 1974 - 2006 (tours of duty including Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freemon) and Operational Law
& Civil Military Operations.
